First of all let me start off by saying how amazing the customer service is with this company unfortunately my review is over a years old but I purchased the Milan bed in Plush velvet in the colour mink, originally I wasn’t sure with what colour to go for but as time went on this bed outdid my expectations it is amazing thank you so much. The customer service was 1000% the gentleman who helped me at the time was easy to reach and contact until the bed and mattress was delivered to my door. He advised me to the best of his ability and was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase . Exceptional customer service and I would return to buy another bed if ever needed in the future. Bed and mattress arrived within 7 days and the assembly was straightforward with two lovely gentlemen who came to my home to set up this bed and oh my God this bed receives compliments till this day. I have had this bed for one year now and it looks fabulous, the mattress was super amazing super affordable and till this day still holding strong. With the soft aloe vera on top of the mattress it just creates a beautiful night sleep. The condition of my mattress still looks brand-new. Like I said amazing brand amazing customer services and my bed still gets compliments till this day thank you so much really appreciated best company ever.
