We use a third party delivery companies, once the goods have been passed over to them they will plan in the routes and will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to give you an exact day and time slot delivery

  1. - All orders come with a standard 3 to 5 working day delivery time scale. In most instances we have items shipped quicker than the given timescales.
  2. - Please note we deliver on weekends and our operating hours of delivery can vary anytime between 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday

  4. - Please provide a up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message, we will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you with both a delivery date and time slot, this allows you to prepare for your delivery,
  5. - If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us with 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.
  6. - Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service. Their professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the entrance of your delivery address as standard; sorry we cannot take items to specific rooms in the house. If you reside in a flat delivery will be made to the ground floor.
